Tone Pedal

I am looking to obtain a Tone Pedal but I can't find one anywhere. There have been a few on eBay that I have bidded on but I always end up losing the auction. I'm looking for a tone pedal that looks like volume, wah pedals but changes the tone of your sound.

I'm looking to recreate the sounds that are heard in songs like "Yes It Is" by the Beatles and "Daydream" by Lovin' Spoonfull. If you can help me out, please reply.

Can't find any pictures and I really don't care what brand it is, I just need a tone pedal. The tone pedals I've seen in the past have been volume / tone foot pedals where you move up and down for volume and side to side for tone. I love the sounds you can get out of it and I really realy want to obtain one of these beautiful pedals.
