to help anyone who needs to turn a mpeg4 to mp3

i spent hours tyring to figure this out... and downloading programs to turn the recorded songs to mp3's

and finally i found that if you have itunes, you cna upload it to itunes [you can get a free download of it on apple.com] and when the song is uploaded, right click on the song, and there is an option that says "convert to mp3"


i just thoguht i'd post this to inform some people who were having problems. i know i've gotten lots of email form people on my website about that.
 
Sounds llike a hassle uploading it & then converting & then downloading. Every step adds artifacts & I'm not sure you can specify the quality on iTunes.

What do you do if you're off line for a while?
Thanks for the suggestion though. I fear a worm in anything Apple.
 
haha ye ai agree it is a pain esspecially if you don't have itunes already. it was really just posted for a suggestion for anyone who ws having that problem. i know i had that problem for a while and now im gona start doing it your way.
