Joemeek ThreeQ , i have one and am thinking about buying another one
this is my first preamp so i don't know much ...
iv'e seen it got some awful reviews in the web ...
any thoughts anyone ?

i think it's pretty good actually except fot the compressor but this is my first preamp so i don't have much experience

Well if you feel it's pretty good then why listen to someone elses review they may have less experience than you do?

I have a three q it's not my go to pre but I don't consider it unusable.

What are you trying to do?

I have a threeQ and I'm happy with it. Never had any problems. Its the only preamp I have and I see no need to go with anything different yet

I did a search around this board before I bought it and it has some pretty good reviews from some of the folks round here. Definitely good for the price you pay for it tho.

I think the behringer ultragain is even better though not sure...are u really looking for a multichannel preamp plus compressor? Go for the focusrites or ART. theyre great preamps as well as compressors though i would suggest getting a seperate compressor.
