My thoughts go out to Dragon. I can only imagine how he felt when he realized what happened. Anyone ever record a perfect magical "take" and then accidentaly delete it? Ouch !

try having a computer crash really bad in the middle of backing up a hard drive, only to find out that everything is okay except for that record your boss was working on which is just gone and unrecoverable.

think we got hacked? by a rival board?

Thank God, I thought I really screwed up somewhere and offended someone. I am new here so it really freaked me out. I'm glad I didn't send a nasty message to the mods. lol but I wouldn't do that anyway. I'm just glad we're all back.

Dragon accidentally banned the entire Internet for a few hours.

Chance: I limped through an eight-hour session getting the basic tracks done on some fairly complex songs. The musicians were just slightly over their heads, IMO, and the process had been progressing slowly, but with satisfactory results. As I stood up for the last time, I bumped the table (I only work on-location, this was a rehearsal space) and it jiggled my computer enough to momentarilly interrupt power. I had not manually saved anything that day. Goodbye session!
