thinking about buying cubase....

Hi everyone, I'm new to the recording end of things, but have been writting music for thirty years. I have a Roland A90 and would like to hook it up to my computer and start recording with CUbase VST. Where do I start?

First let us know what you have for a computer and
soundcard. Also, do you need to record things
other than your keyboard....vocals, etc....if so, do
you have access to a mixer?
