The two Mics, oh no!! they are same or different? about MXL603s

i am muddleheaded！　please look at two webs below. They look the same, i don't know what's different from them. they are totally different-the different manufacturer, different craftwork but just similar on sight. or they are the same essentially. thanks a lot!!!

Both of them look like a MXL603S to me. It's the same mic.

I don't understand your question. Both pictures are of the MXL603s, by Marshall Electronics. They are the same mic, from the same manufactuer. The embossed logo is slightly different. Those photos may be of mics made in different years. Here's another one to confuse you even more:

I thought they are from two different brands. one is MXL (because i found it on www.mxlmics.com and www.musiciansfriend.com) another one is marshall, I know maybe it sounds stupid, but I realy don't understand them. i can't make up my mind, because on www.music123.com i found 603s as Marshall as the brand, but on www.musiciansfriend.com i found it as MXL. so i just wonder are they from a same brand?

MXL=Marshall Electronics

Same thing.

Marshall Electronics is kind of the "parent company" wheras MXL is the microphone division...at least as far as I can tell. Another thing that might confuse you: Mogami cable is also owned by Marshall Electronics.
