Fun song. Guitars sound good, nice lead work for sure. Not too sure on the drum sounds id like to hear a bit more variety but they do sound ok in the mix. Just an instrumental or you plan on doing some vocal work with this? Cool kind of jam feel man, dig the song.

Take care

thanks for listening man. I agree with the drums, they are programmed and I've yet to mess around and try adding fills and such. Right now the extent of my drum programming capabilites lie in verse/chorus :-P. There are plans to put vocals to all the songs I've got on the site, but I've got to get my singer to come over and track his parts. I'm still having a bit of trouble finding a good setup with the vocals as well, seems to be the hardest thing to nail down. Again, thanks for the listen and glad you liked the groove!

I'm reviewing by memory since I threw two of the songs from the board on my mp3 player earlier and can't listen now. So hopefully this is a rock tune and Tim's was the acoustic track :p

Anyway, I dig your style. The intro drums gave me sort of an 80s feel at first. Then later on I got sort of a Foo Fighters vibe. Cool playing all around and I like that lead tone a lot. Good rocking tune overall.

Yeah I think this track either needs another guitar or a singer. I read in one of the posts above that he's on his way. Good luck with the vocals man, that's the hardest part (for me at least) I'd be curious to hear it if you posted some vocal versions of your songs later on.

Peacers from the Snakers.

Nice sounds. Get some vocals in it!!!! :D
Seems pretty well balanced. I know what you mean with the drums....not being a drummer, I find it hard gettting even close to a "real" drum rythum. Has a nice vibe, and the tones are good. I wouldn't mind hearing a bit more of the bass guitar, but that is just a personal preference.
Nice tune.

I like the music. Sounds good with the echo sound on the guitar. Sets a nice mood. :)

I really like the solo about 4:11 and thru the outro. It seemd to end too suddnely. I was sort of expecting it to last a little longer. :)

Good playing. :)

Don't know what to tell you about the drums. I'm in the same boat as you. In fact, of all the fake drummers, I get slammed by most for my drum sound. Hehe. :)

Bass sounds good fine on my system. :)

Snakedog-I'm writing songs now with the intention of having our singer put down his vocals later, which is making me work on my song structure skills. If it was up to me I'd probably put a lead over everything I do, but I don't think that will make this particular song complete. Before I tracked the lead guitar part on this, the first bar sounded exactly like "Every breath you take" by the Police. :-P. It was completely unintentional, but I just about fell to the ground laughing at myself after I tracked the first guitar and bass.

Dogman- More Bass? I was afraid that this was going to be too bass heavy, but you want more?!?!?! :-). This was actually the first time I used my gt brick for the bass, and it warmed up the sound quite a bit. (I suppose I could always turn the bass to 11') :0). I may just end up drinking quite a bit o Dr Pepper and coconut Rum to get up my courage to lay down some of my own vocals instead of waiting for my bands singer to do it. We shall see, we shall see!

Bigbubba-dont know what to say about the ending, maybe it'll make more sense once the vocals are mixed in. I was going for the fade out on the lead guitar type o thing with the ending, maybe I should make the outro twice as long to keep the groove going?

As always, thanks to all you guys for taking a listen, it is much appreciated.
