No comment on the mixing at the moment. I'm in a rush.

I like the song as a tune and as a song. It's a very nice song. I would listen to this song again. :)
 
I think the song is pretty decent.

I think vocals need to be brought a little more to the front of the mix with a little more body in the vocal track itself. Either retrack it, or see if you can eq it. Try tracking a little closer to the mic, if you do choose to retrack.

The bass guitar's low end lifted a bit would be nice.

A running set of synth string chords without any vibrato or heavy chorus throughout the song, with a wide stereo field would really bring everything together in my opinion. Changes would occur when bass guitar changes.

Vocals at 5:03-5:08 sound really good. Hit the notes pretty well there. A little tighter performance in regard to the instruments would also help.
