and that's assuming the tube and transistor didn't vary too much.I don't think it would make a great stereo pair anyway, it's not that detailed, instead, try a pair of 1As along with it, in a Decca tree sort of arrangement.

I just bought 2 MSH-1A's (no need for a matched pair) as well as the new MSH-4. I'll post up some music as soon as I recieve them. I can't believe I got 3 condenser mic's for under a hundred bucks!

So does this mic operate similar to a tube mic? I'm just curious as to how this tube gets enough power, or does it run kinda like starved plate.

A 6418 tube is rated at 15-30V plate and 10mA filament current. The MSH-4 manages the 15V plate OK, so it is not starved plate. I could only squeeze out about 8mA filament current, so it's a little hungry . . . but that served my goal of building a mic that had some nice second-order harmonic distortion (please note the 2% THD!).
It is definitely an unusual microphone . . .
