I don’t think I ever said he was innocent as the vid guy eludes to, but seem to recall saying he probably did fuck Stormy Daniels and made a concealment payment but that it should be proven in court, and it was. Guilty as charged. But as for the ‘witch hunt’ meaning this was a concerted effort to single him out legally, I still believe that. There is just too much coincidental timing on the indictments and common sense tells me it is intentional to thwart his campaign and electability. Does he lie? Of course he does and common sense also tells me that. Even if I was pro-Biden, common sense would tell me that the charges, though true (two convicted and two pending), were researched and brought or expedited at a questionable time after he announced his intention to run. If I was pro-Biden or anti-Trump I’d be cheering it on and calling accusations of it being a witch hunt as BS. But it’s not so I can’t. It is following the rules and legal, but it’s an underhanded trick to dig dirt like that given the timing of the indictments. There are just too many coincidences to believe that this was all going to happen whether he ran for re-election or not.

And I would cite judge Merchan in his jury instructions rain metaphor before deliberation and use those same inferences in my belief about the four indictments and also Colorado’s intent to not include Trump’s name on Colorado ballots (which took a U.S. Supreme Court decision ruling to mandate). I can look at indictments and the timing and intensity and commonality of each and infer that these were not coincidental in timing or pursuit. At the end of the year we have an election so we’ll see how many people believe what I do and how much that may or may not weigh in their votes.
 
If paying off a porn star for silence by funneling money illegally and personal business fraud are the way they can get on him, pfft…doesn’t affect his ability to successfully run the country. The classified docs case? Another pfft. Biden did the same and is not being charged. Difference is Trump withheld and obstructed Justice by doing so. Hillary Clinton obstructed and actually destroyed classified docs. The only indictment that would concern me as a voter is the Georgia attempt to fraudulently overturn the election and, if convicted, would be a serious conviction. That will not happen before Nov 5 so I’m going to presume innocence until proven guilty.
