Hi there everybody I have a digitech 2101 processor that needs a hard start can you tell me how to do it and will I loose the setting? Thanks

"Q: How do I execute a hard reset at a GSP2101?
A: If you execute a hard reset you will lose your presets! Execute these steps:
connect power cord
switch off the unit
switch on the unit WHILE pressing down the #1 function key
an asterisk will appear next to "Digitech"
release the #1 function key
press (and release) the "program up" button
The display should read "Resetting... Please wait...""
