can a kind soul kindly point me to a website that has

a rhyming dictionary
and a thesaurus

thanks

Hey CyanJag.
I mostly use hardcopy books for my lookin' up stuff. At Barns & Noble I found several rhyming dictionaries and thearsus.
I think any book store would have them.

I also have a small freeware rhyming dictionary from AnalogX.
Everything they have is free.
Here's the link to their RD.
I use it quite often. I only wish I could add to the data base.

http://analogx.com/contents/download/audio/rhyme.htm

Good luck.

I also recommend what badgas recommended, the AnalogX Rhyme prog.

Also you should look into this freeware dictionary/thesaurus here. Its very helpful.

badgas,

Do you have any preferred rhyming dictionaries (books)? I look at a computer enough during the day that when I find time to write I would rather turn pages than go to another web site. I am sure the subject of rhyming dictionaries has been cover many times. Sorry I haven't searched.

Thanks,

J

It's warmer and fuzzier to have the real book. Clement Wood's Rhyming Dictionary has been a good old green friend.
