tesla coil - You don't hear that everyday

I'm to provide sound at a local venue and on the tech rider there is to be a tesla coil demo on stage - would anyone know of any potential problems between the coils air discharge and the PA or the FM wireless mics being used ?
They do get loud resonating up, then to the crack of the discharge resonating tones right up to 25K!

I remember a few bands like KISS...ELO, and Parlament Funkadelic that used them onstage...if there was problems they seemed to be able to deal with them well.

I tried to build one recently with the intent on playing guitar through it. But I found out in a video that you needed a A/D fiber optic transmitter to separate the guitar (and you for that matter) from the electricity. I was bummed. they are so awesome lol.
