If you're talking real drum track and it's a different tempo to a click-tracked guitar, you're probably stuffed.
If you're talking MIDI drum track and it's a different tempo to a click-tracked guitar, then you should be able to stretch your MIDI track out to 1000th of a BPM and visually match it up with the click track, which of course you still have.
If you/re talking either, and a guitar part that wasn't recorded to a click/metronome, then retrack your guitar part to your drum part, MIDI or real - you'll never get it to fit what you have, most likely, unless you have the world's best sense of timing, which, trust me, you don't.
