Templates for CD artwork

Hello,

Two quick questions:

1. Do CD Stomper templates come in glossy paper?

2. If so will most inkjet printers print ok on the glossy stuff?

I lied. I have a third question.

3. If yes to 1 and 2 where can I find them?
