Teac 80-8 Motor Issues

I just picked up a Teac 80-8 and am having some issues. First the solenoid on the shut off arm was loose, I think I have tightened it up working correctly, but my motors on both the supply and take off reels will not move. When put in play, rewind, or fast forward the motors do not spin, but the brakes release. The capstan works and pulls the tape through but it all bunches up until the shut off arm falls and then the machine stops. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the fuse for the reel motors?

Thanks, I've already checked it and it is ok.

Edit: Well nevermind, the fuse checked ok, but I popped a new one in just to see and it started right up.
