Does anybody know what machines will playback cassette 4 track recordings done on a Porta One?

Any four track that can play back at normal cassette speed will do it.
There are too many to name.
Tascam makes a lot, as does Fostex and Yamaha.
Many models, such as the Tascam 424 series I believe, let you switch between standard and high speed (2x speed). Some only operate in high speed mode.
Off the top of my head, here are a few that would do it:
Tascam Porta 02
Tascam Porta Two (there is a high speed version, called HS, so that wouldn't work).
Tascam 424 (any version)
Tascam MF P01
Yamaha MT 120
Yamaha MT 400
There are too many to name.
