Tascam MA-8

Anyone ever use one of these. It seems to be an old model 8 ch mic preamp. How are the preamps in it? Equal to or better than an entry level mixing board (i.e.: Behringer)?

I know there are a million preamp threads on this board, but I haven't found anything on this unit.
