This is a vintage TASCAM four buss mixer designed to be used with the TASCAM 38-8 recorder/reproducer. Eight channel, six XLR with clean quiet pre-'s and two 1/4" inputs. Tape out and return on all channels. Three band EQ with mid and low sweeps. Extensive signal routing is the main feature of this board. Inserts on each channel, though it uses an in and an out rather than one TRS jack. No sends, but the busses may be used effectively for up to four sends and returns. Mute and assign on all channels and multiple mic pads up to -40dB means you can use line-level devices in the mic inputs. This is a great starter mixer for the first time analog machine user. Also great as a submixer for drums and keyboard rigs. Slightly cosmetically challenged with some scratches and nicks on the very top of the meter bridge which I have touched up. All knobs and color caps are intact and the mixer face is clean with no scratches. This mixer is clean and all pots work smoothly and faders are quiet. All meters and lamps work as do the LED's. This is a No-Reserve auction with a low starting bid. Sorry, no manual or photos. Manual available from TASCAM, but if you are at all familiar with mixers, you should have no trouble working this one. Guaranteed not to be DOA. This mixer works very well and I have checked all functions and operations. I am moving up to a TASCAM M-1516 16 channel and have no further use for this one.
