tascam instead of fostex

Hi guys,i posted a message the other day saying i was buying a fostex r8 or
a model 80 ,but i changed my mind and went for a tascam TSR-8 8 track.Good move or bad move(they were both the same price)many thanks simon

Great move!
The only short coming will be the added tape expense and the heavier weight of the TSR-8.
Everything else is a major step up in sound quality and construction build quality.
