Tascam DP-24 'Effect Sends' routing

Nice recorder, cant figure out the effect sends. The manual is no help, Tascam is no help.

I am accustomed to either an effects loop with send and return, and instert jacks that require a stereo Y adaptor. The DP-24 has 2 effect sends and controls on each channel for both. Very cool, except.. how do I return the signal to my unit from external processors?

They must return to the recorder at some point? Yes?

On the 2488Neo, I just route the return into an open track via one of the inputs. I'd imagine the DP24 is the same in this regard.

I don't own one but I am guessing the effects send and return via a TRS 1/4 inch jack. Let us know how you like the unit. I am very interested in it and am enjoying reading everyone's opinion.

i took a look at the manual and the effexts send are ts. they show in the manual to run from the effects sent back into another channel. just like kenhr said.
