I use this to drive a Nikon D7200 but can only get it to output a mix of left and right rather than stereo ..any thoughts ..its not the pan pots .

Can you be a little clearer - are you sending audio to the camera from the mixer, or sending audio from the camera to the mixer? Please let us know what outputs/inputs and cables you are using.
