Tascam 488 Capstan Belt Replacement

Has anyone here replaced a capstan belt for a Tascam 488?

I removed the cover and somehow managed to slip the old capstan belt out. How do you slip the new belt around the flywheel and the motorwheel? There aren't any brackets that you can easily get around like in the instructions for the Tascam 244: MZE-Electroarts Entertainment - MZEntertainment.com: Dr. ZEE WORKSHOP TASCAM-244 4-track Cassette Portastudio Restoration and Servicing Project

Any tips would be much appreciated.

I used a pair of long needle nosed pliers - it's fits over the rollers without too much stretching, but you have to have a light touch
