Tascam 414

Hi! I'm new to recording. I don't have any equipment yet, but I was looking at 4-track recorders, such as the Tascam 414. Is there a difference between the Tascam 414 Portastudio and the Tascam 414 MKII? If so, what is it?
Thanks for your help! I'll most likely have more questions rather shortly.
