Bass Drum is doing almost nothing ,I cannot hear any loudness and no "kick".
Overall mix lacks a A LOT of mid and hi frequencies (vox, guitars, hi hat...)

Ok thanks Ciro, just so you know there is no limiting or anything on the 2 buss, also the level is quite low so may that be part of what your listening to? Anyone else on this mix?

No!And level is ok.Forget buss compression/limiting.It will not help you the way you are expecting.

Yep, some more thump in the kick would help, then some exciting to remove the blanket covering the mix.

Ok
Compressed the kick a bit more, turned it up, changed the frequency boost slightly. Pulled out the 200-300 boost on vox, pulled some of the mud out of the guitars as well

This has a nice late 70's classic rock sound to it...nice stuff! Drumsound sure fits that age...
