sync cubase and multitrack

Ok, I'm new to the computer stuff. I trying to sync 3 adat's and a R2R with my computer. I have a P2 350 with 512ram a MOTU sync box. I can get things to sync with the MOTU software but want to use cubase as the controler. That way I will be able to record midi into cubase not wasting tracks on the Adats or R2R. Any help out there?

…in cubase, go to Options, select MIDI Setup--System…have at it...this should get started...
