That would be really cool if it is option #2...I have a TC electronic M300 that I use for verbs since I don't care too much for the verbs in the box. It would be sweet not to have to bounce tracks through the unit and rerecord them onto a seperate track where I always have to keep the original track around in case later on in the mix, the effect isn't sitting right.
yes, but what i'm saying is that I use a patch panel. So say I was using inputs 1&2 for return from my reverb unit. Then I decide I want to record some new vocals, so I unpatch the reverb and patch in my preamp. Now, it looks as if in order to record inputs 1&2 on cubase, I have to delete the external FX I setup for the reverb, and add vst inputs 1 back in again. Then when I'm done, in order to go back to using the reverb, I have to create the external fx all over again. Is there a way around this?
