Ok, I have been using LE for a while and now have bought the SX3 and am looking forward to working with it. I have also purchased Wavelab 6 for mastering but my question is:

Can I do most of the mastering right in SX? Does it have the ability to make a Red book copy? Can I make the appropriate spacing, set the TOC, etc..?

And it says *what* about this in the manual...?

Well unfortunately I have not recieved the copy yet (should be here this week) so I haven't seen the manual yet. I posted this same question on cubase.net before I purchased it just so I could get some info and I got that same kind of response.

Just trying to get some more info before it gets here.

AFAIK, no version of cubase burns CD's, so I would say no, it does not do RedBook. But, yes, you can master projects within Cubase. Other mastering programs may work differently or better for you, depending on your preferences.

Thanks for the response and explanation. That pretty much answers my question that I made a good move getting Wavelab 6 also.
