SX 3.0.2 Update Question--Easy

Do I have to backup my tracks to disc before installing an update? I am on 3.0.0, and do back up my tracks, but will I lose anything recently recorded?

No you dont have to back-up anything, the update will reconize all Cubase files. I say this because I didnt back anything up when I went from SE to SL3
