alright i'm assembling a tele clone ,i bought a 3 position switch it has it has 8 poles to which i can solder wires to in a line on the same side of the switch ,and i understand th ends are where the pickups will be wired but every schematic i see has the poles staggered on different sides of th switch and only using certain poles ,how do i know which poles to use without just wiring and rewiring til i figure it out ....anyone ...anyone ....thanks in advance
