Sustain Pedal in Fruity Loops

Hi guys, I got reffered to ask my question here. How do I use the sustain pedal in Fruity loops? Isthere some kind of effect I have to use to do that?

It really depends on what your trying to use the sustain pedal with...

If it's a soundfont, you're out of luck. If it's a plugin then you're in luck.


I'm doing this from memory so...
If it's a plugin:

creat a MIDI OUT instrument. Assign the port to whatever, we'll say 8. RIGHT click on any of the knobs and click link to controller. Press the sustain pedal on your keyboard and the link to controller window should close. If it doesn't then your MIDI setup is not right.

On your piano plugin change the port to 8.

Now it should work. If this doesn't help you need to goto the http://www.flstudio.com and do a search for sustain.
