The Next Vanilla Ice
Has anyone heard of these brand of mics? I found a Superlux Condenser Microphone? Is it any good? It looks really nice, but I don't know how they perform.

I saw some of those at Abe Music... I was looking @ the drum kit mic set. I couldn't find anymore info on the 'Net about them though, so I passed.

I went ahead and took the risk by buying this mic and its great. Works like a dream and its cheap as hell too. Sounds just as good as other condenser mics.

It's a Chinese mic, probably made by 797 or Sound King. The big problem with most of the Chinese mics is the lack of quality control and variations from unit to unit. It all comes down to how much the importer is willing to invest in doing QC here, before shipping.
