Sultry, In Your Ear Wispers

Can Someone tell me how to get that sexy wisper sound sorta like WuTang wisper song, except for a female vocalist on a SM58, if that's even possible? Any techniques are most welcome, including different mic choice (even tho' I haven't any moola). Thanks,

The whisper song is not Wu-Tang. I'm thinking that you want a good mic that sounds bright, and you want to be really close to the mic. Nothing too complicated.
