NYC HIP-HOP AMBASSADOR
Wsup Fellas,

I'm looking to buy a board which will allow me to interact with my recording sofware(currently cubase 2.0) sorta like the Digidesign Digi002 does with pro-tools. Also I would like a board with motorized faders that set automatically according to how they're set within the current project.. and obviously the quality of sound has to be there as well. If this is too much for the price range let me know.. if there's something with these capablities.. great! Let me know..

PS: I know of people using yamaha mixers with pro-tools like this... any ideas?

100 bucks is definatley not enough to get motorized faders.

these two can control stuff, but they are also audio interfaces

Thanks for the suggestions... but I said 1000.00 bucks... not 100.00.. still not enough for motorized faders... more tracks?

I'll second the Mackie Control. I don't have one personally, but I played with one for quite some time at Sam Ash that was hooked up with Sonar 3. It was instantly intuitive, requiring almost no time to get used to. Things seem very well laid out, and the configuration is simple.
