Suggestions for small input selector or mixer for 3-4 instruments?

I need to connect the following devices (inputs):
- A digital stage piano with XLR outputs
- A notebook (VSTi instruments through AC97/ASIO4All, but might be replaced with a PC with proper sound card at a later date).
- An old Korg midi module with phono outputs
- A Yamaha ClickStation metronome

I need the following outputs:
- Headphones (Sennheiser HD650)
- Line out for amplifier - with or without level control - or direct speaker connections.

This is strictly for playing one instrument at a time, live and for myself only, usually with headphones. Preferrably with the metronome mixed with the selected instrument and possibly a rhythm section from one instrument mixed with a patch from another instrument.

I have looked at the following options:
- A used Mackie 1202 (or 1402) VLZ Pro
- A new Mackie 1202 VLZ3
- A used (Denon) stereo amplifier with headphone output and on/off switch for the speakers.
- A cheap/new Behringer Xenyx mixer.
- A Roland/Edirol M-10MX mixer

As I won't be using microphones or guitars, the quality of any pre-amps should not be important(?)

Using speakers, I do not think any of the choices would make any difference, but using the headphones I am more likely to notice any artifacts, white noise, or buzzing introduced by the device, which would be unacceptable.

Any opinions?

TIA,

JB

Additional note:

I have also been offered a cheap Mackie 1202-VLZ.

Would it *for my purposes* make any difference if I bought a 1202-VLZ (1996) instead of a 1202-VLZ Pro (1999)?

/JB

Never mind. I just got a second-hand (but hardly used) Mackie 1202 VLZ Pro. It'll have to do. Which it probably will :)
