Suddenly, I can't MOVE tracks in Adobe Auditions. Please help!

I had no problem moving the tracks around in time, and then today when I opened up the session to work on it, I couldn't move any of the tracks around, neither up/down to different tracks or horizontally on the timeline at all! The tracks were not "locked in time" either. I don't have any clue what happened or how to fix it! Please help me someone.

Thanks man! I appreciate the offer but I finally figured out the problem. Didn't realize there was a symbol on the top that say "move" or "hybrid" between that and selecting time only. So I just needed to click the stupid little symbol shortcut thing. Thanks though! At least I found out about this great site from the problem
