HEY!!!!! What's wrong with NY!!! I'm from NY! :D
Nice quality recording. Very crispy clear, and nice guitar playing!
What did you run the c1 through?

evt

Signal Chain is as follows:

Taylor 914-ces guitar and voice into Mackie 808s amp/mixer, then tape out to computer sound card (Turtle Beach Santa Cruz), using Mackie's Traction software to record.

Sweet........took me back to a time and a place.......thanks! :)

Ya know ... we got this place that's really cool.

And we call it the MP-3 clinic.

:D

Nic job, though.

It seemed appropriate to place this thread here because alot of people were wondering about the Studio Projects C1 mic quality, so that was my reasoning, if what you meant by mentioning the mp3 clinic, that this thread might be misplaced, well there is my response, if not disregard.

Don't worry about Chessrock. He works hard for his money and he sometimes gets a little grouchy. At least you didn't cross-post in both forums .. that REALLY would have incurred the wrath!

Yeah, this is where PMI Audio Group likes to market their micrphones too.

I wouldn't be surprised if the "M" in PMI-AG stood for "Marketing".

Well noisedude, you're a PMI Audio Group forum moderator... so you tell me.

So Ausrock, Harvey Gerst and Rod Gervais are PMI marketers? That'll be news to them.

Wow, I didn't know that... thanks for the heads-up.

YA, well, Just before my thread there was another which showed some interest in the C1, so what do ya know, I just hapened to buy one the other day, so why not post a clip i thought. Some of you people really need to chill.

Yeah, I'd go along with that. Except some of us are having fun ... for others, the work of libelling other people and their businesses is very serious work!

Where all the remnants of sanity went from this place.

Of course ... after HR became Harmony Central 2, you could always go back to the original:

I dunno. I kinda like it here, although I can't say I've learned much in the last ... year ... or so ...

There's always the old posts, they haven't gone anywhere!

I only wish you could refine your search a little more, but as it is, I can usually find an answer to many of my questions...after a couple hours of digging...believe it or not!

Noisedude/DJL ~ so now I know the origin of the latest feud...geesh!

And so it goes...
