I hope this thread is not too old. I am planning an upgrade of my basement studio. It has 7' ceilings and no way to change that. the W and H are somewhat flexible. I ran the modes spreadsheet with dimension of 7, 12.2 and 18 and it didn't look too bad - but I may be totally missing something. I might have an alternative to the basement space that would be much more expensive to build out and to sound proof. Will I be sorry I sink a lot of money into a space with a 7 foot ceiling?
