Stuck Midi notes

Anyone know how to get a midi note "unstuck"

so far I've just been saving the project... closing it and starting again...

There is an emergency button at the top ( looks like an exclamation point, should be to the right of the transport play/record buttons).
Press that

I am pretty good with midi: I would just record the note again ( delete it and punch in etc) rather than go through the hassle of dealing with it.

Make sure you are not echoing the midi somehow (check your routing)

no it's not an echo... just a stuck midi note... next time it happens I'll try that Reset (!) button... Thanks
