Strange Noise

I am hearing strange noises in recordings or going nuts.

Can anybody identify this flutter in the background. A bit like a butterflies wings.
 
I think I hear something, but the sample is so short, it's impossible for me to figure out what it is.
 
Its like a flutter that makes the voice go the same way but present when not speaking. I will try and find the recording again.

I think you have to remove noise by using some sort of software.
 
Ethan - have you got a thing about removing things with software? Most of us prefer to remove the noise before we record anything.
