Stereo outputs? Can anyone help?

We're using a M Audio Delta 44 interface, with Sonar producer, and we can't get anything but left to play out. We're really hitting our head against a wall here. We're new, but we're really having a lot of difficulty here. When we went down to the local music shop, they suggested that we use balanced cords (TRS). That's fine, but I don't think that is the problem, since we are also using electric drums that are completely stereo as well, and still only output left. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Did you record in stereo ?
Is the track set up in the mixer panel for stereo output chls 1-2 ?
Are your monitors tied to outputs 1-2 ?
