stereo mic connection?

Hi,
I just got a sony stereo mic that has a mini stereo plugg, works great for my datman but I want to plug it into my board and get a stereo sound on two tracks. It seems to need phantom power, how do I go about connecting it from one male mini to two xlr outs?

I would guess that your mic actually has an internal battery and cannot run off of phantom power. If it did require phantom, it would not have an 1/8" miniplug. Stereo mics that require phantom power actually have a cable that splits into two separate xlr plugs - one for each mixer or preamp channel.
