Not wanting to shell out a small fortune on expansion boards for my Roland XV-5050...I have a few quick questions on the various sounds included with the boards I would like to buy...in hopes of consolidation.
For Jazz, Progressive Jazz (Jazz Rock, Fusion, etc.); & 60's & 70's Rock & Rock 'n' Roll...
1st) For my ballad type material...I really need Grand Pianos (I do like the stock XV-5050 Pianos...but need a little something more.)
2nd) I need Drums (for the abovementioned styles.)
3rd) I need various other Keyboards (Electric Pianos, Organs, etc.), also for the abovementioned styles.
So...so I hopefully don't have to buy 3 boards:
A) If I grab the SRX-07 (Ultimate Keys) for the Electric Pianos, Organs (& Drums)...does it have a fair number of Grand Pianos; & how do they sound?
B) If I grab the SRX-03 (Studio SRX) for the same, does it have a fair number of Grand Pianos; & how do they sound?
C) If I go with SRX-11 (Complete Piano), which I really need; & can afford only one other board...should it be the Studio or the Ultimate Keys?
