Spikes on right side when recording

Hey all,another problem, when i was recording voice over today for my acapella, the right side of the audio had like 15 peaks,like spikes of noise, the hell?!?!?!, what could have caused this, my mic dieing?, soundcard?, my theory is mobile phone interference, coz i did have my mobile pretty close to the desk when i was recordin lol, but if its something else, I have to adress this asap, and its only on the right side of the audio, the left side is perfect.

well, FIRST, why are you recording your voice in stereo? Let's start there. Typically a voice is only recorded in mono (one track....no L/R)
