spectrum analyzer plug-in?

can anyone point me in the direction of a free frequency spectrum analyzer download plug-in for windows?

the green bars and graphs on media player work ok for me. they're not too detailed, and who knows how acurate they are. other than that i guess this post is sorta worthless.

Kinda cool, their eq seems pretty usable also (at least it slayes the cubase built in IMO).
