Speakers that would be suitable for this sub?

Hi,

I've just been given a Creative Gigaworks S750 sub :-

It didn't come with the 7 wall speakers and I'm wondering if there are any speakers you could recommend to go with this sub?

I'd be quite interested in getting a pair of speakers and use this as a 2.1 system ( if possible )?

It sounds very possible.

To make a sub work, you usually need a crossover, which filters out the high frequencies, and an amp. These may be built into the sub you have, or maybe not.

It's not hard to match speakers and subs, the main problem is usually getting the right crossover frequency so the sub and mains don't overlap in the middle or have a gapping "hole" in the frequencies. Your ear will tell you.
