Behringer doesn't use this mic forum to sell people on customer support.
That's probably because they don't have any for sale.

I was that speechless I coudn't laugh at that.

Tim,

Any luck with that power supply thingy?

I've considered a few ideas, but haven't had time to really dig in. I'll have more time this weekend. Ping me around Monday.

DJL - C'mon, even you have to admit that SP provides great customer support. Regardless of what the opinion is about their products, they stand behind them 100%. I've seen that documented here and other places numerous times. I've heard and read horror stories about Behringer support, shipping back to Germany for repairs, months long delays in returns.

Are we now so much on the lookout for spam that a vendor can't even offer support advice?
I'm sure both Behringer and Studio Projects customer service is just fine... and in most cases if you have a problem with a product from either, the store where you got it from will replace it... you don't have to send it back to to CA USA or Germany... lol. Both Behringer and Studio Projects are trying to bring the starving musicians low costing products and doing the best they can... I don't think there is any need to put one down in order to build the other up do you?

Im gonna agree with DJL on an issue.....tons of companies give great customer....they just dont get brought out as much on this BBS for some reason......

Ok, if you insist... you can be the new SP poster boy.
I take it you’ve never tried to have a defective B’ger product repaired, that is, once it’s past the store’s 30 day return period?

And besides, I don’t really see how laughing at you makes me a poster boy for SP. But, to each his own.

Still laughing, btw!
