souncard w/ AES/EBU or S/PDIF to mate with DAC-1

PC load letter?
I'm looking for a souncard that'll give me a quality AES/EBU or S/PDIF output for a benchmark DAC-1. I'm looking to spend the least I can to get 2 quality digital outputs (and maybe 2 digital inputs) through either lightpipe, coxial or xlr (preferebly xlr or coxial).

I've seen a lot of posts around here about the DAC-1 but no mention of simple digital output soundcard. I sold most of my studio to a group of kids; I'm left with my monitors and computer. Now I'm just looking to do some mixing/basement-mastering for local projects and a good d/a with to hook a cd player up to my monitors.

Thank you very much, that's basically what I'm looking for, how is samplitude for mastering? I'll be using Sonar 3 (maybe producer edition) for mixing, but I was thinking of Wavelab for mastering as I've used it before.

If it's not worth it, I'll try to find a non-bundled digi968 for less.

if your not doing much midi . Samplitude 7 would be a better choice then Sonar 3 for audio
 
I only want to stick with sonar because I know it and the first project I'll be mixing will have been recorded in sonar.
