sory but..how can i attach pictures in a post?

sory cause its nothing to do with this forum, but can anyone tell me how to atach pictures in my post? thanks
 
when creating a msg, there is an manage attachments button at the bottom under additional options. limit is 20k on the main board, but I think the rules are different in the Cave though
