Damn ice storms - I'd rather shovel snow.....

Definitely a cool classic/prog rock vibe going on here. The similarities to the Deep Purple sound are unmistakeable. Good mix of guitars/organ. The guitar solos are are nicely done. The drums are definitely too loud overall. When the rest of the instruments are going really strong (like a solo) the drums get a bit more buried and are pretty good. I can see what you mean about the cymbals and the kick being too low. EZ is a program I hope to pick up some day myself....

:cool::D:cool::D

So true about the ice--I hit a patch this morning on the way to work-I think they call it black ice-and my truck was suddenly fish-tailing all over the road, like big sled totally out of control!! I spun out and ended up about 50 feet off the road in a field--no damage except my nerves:eek::eek::eek::eek:!!

Thanks for checking out my song, when I heard that organ patch I knew it had to go on one of the tracks.

I just bought the regular EZDrummer which is the basic program, and it will keep me busy learning it for a while. There are lots of add on programs-Heavy Metal, Classic Rock, Country....the basic will suit me for a long time though.

Drums are too loud but the vocal also sits a little too far above the mix.
I really like the vocal phrasing - remind me a little of Rodriguez and of Steve Winwood.
please post the tweaking!
The drums may be a bit loud but, i don't think that the vocals are above the mix...if anything, they should come up a bit....JMHO. Cool tune though:D
